Vintage Garnet and Diamond Two Tone Gold Ring with Brush Finish

10 karat two tone gold garnet and diamond ring. Set in the center is one oval shaped garnet measuring approximately 8.30mm x 6.50mm and is accented by 2 full cut round brilliant diamonds having an estimated combined weight of 0.03 carats. The garnet is considered to be moderate to dark red in hue. The mounting is beautifully brush finished on the shoulders with a "canal" of high polish white gold running down the center of each shoulder. Inside the ring is stamped with a backward R and a B and 10k. Also stamped inside the ring is the letter C in a circle and the number 8.
