Returns Policy

If your item does not meet your expectations, contact us in writing within 7 calendar days of the delivery of your order. You may reach us by email to initiate the return process and secure your return confirmation number. When you contact us, please include your order number, invoice number, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return, along with any other relevant details. Return Packaging:
Return the item(s) in its original condition, including all accessories, certificates, and documentation that were included in the packaging you received from us. Pack the item(s) securely to prevent damage during handling or transit.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You must use a shipping method that includes a signature confirmation of delivery to ensure safe and verifiable return. NOTE: Shipping and Handling Fees are not refunded when an item or order is returned.

Shipping Insurance:
For items valued at $100 or more, it is recommended that you purchase shipping insurance.

We are not responsible for packages that are uninsured, lost, or damaged in transit.
