Shipping policy

Shipping Process:
Once your order is placed, we work diligently to process and ship it as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way. Our shipping partners are chosen to provide reliable and efficient delivery, no matter where you are located. 

All United States shipments will be sent with “Signature Confirmation”, meaning someone will have to sign for the item. If no one is at the delivery address at the time it is delivered, the post office or delivery service will leave a notice with instructions on how to retrieve your package. All deliveries outside of the U.S. or any International Shipping deliveries will be shipped insured and will require a signature upon receipt as well!
Shipping and Handling Fees:
If the order does not qualify for free shipping, then the cost is added to the order and is the responsibility of the customer to pay.  Shipping and Handling Fees are not refunded when an item or order is returned.

Customs and Import Duties:
Please be aware that for international orders, there may be additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s customs regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees you pay to us.
