Vintage 14k Gold Diamond Spiral Pendant

This is such a unique and interesting pendant, I seriously love it! The combination of the high polished spiral, accented by diamonds, and a wonderful mesh type design is wonderfully beautiful! Whether you wear it with casual clothing, business attire or a night on the town this pendant will shine in the spotlight!

Material: 14 karat yellow gold, with white gold box heads. The pendant is stamped "9K10" and then "750" with a star design next to it. 750 means 18 karat gold. HOWEVER when my gold smith tested the entire pendant it tested 14 karat. So I am really not sure what all the other markings mean.
Gemstones: Diamond. 13 full cut round brilliant diamonds having an estimated combined total weight of approximately 0.18 carats. Each diamond is staggered around the spiral and set in white gold box heads.
