We offer hassle-free shipping to our valued customers, ensuring that our shopping experience is as convenient as possible. Please take a moment to review our shipping details below:

 

Within the Contiguous United States:

 

All orders shipped within the contiguous United States qualify for free shipping.  This means that regardless of the items you select, you won’t be charged any shipping fees if your delivery address is within this region. All free shipping is sent via USPS First Class.  Upgrades in shipping is extra.  Please contact me prior to placing order to find out what the amount would be.

 

Outside the United States and International Shipping:

 

For our customers outside of the United States or in foreign countries, a shipping fee will be applied to your order.  The exact shipping cost will be calculated during the check-out process based on your location and the items you’ve selected.  Please note that these shipping fees are necessary to cover international shipping expenses and ensure you order reaches you safely and promptly.

 

Shipping Process:

 

Once your order is placed, we work diligently to process and ship it as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way. Our shipping partners are chosen to provide reliable and efficient delivery, no matter where you are located.  All United States shipments will be sent with “Signature Confirmation” meaning someone will have to sign for the item. If no one is home at the time of delivery the post office leaves you a notice with instructions on how to retrieve your package. All 0utside of the U.S. and International Shipping orders will be shipped insured and will require a signature upon delivery as well!

 

Customs and Import Duties

 

Please be aware that for international orders, there may be additional customs duties, taxes or fees imposed by your country’s customs regulations.  These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees you pay to us.

Return Policy

What You Need to Know

At Gallun Fine Jewelry we understand that jewelry is a deeply personal and emotional purchase. Our goal is to ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you’re not delighted with your purchase, we’re here to assist you through our hassle-free returns and exchange process.

Returns Procedure:

 

  1. Notification: If you receive your item and find that it doesn’t meet with your expectations, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Your prompt communication allows us to address your concerns promptly.

  2. Contact Us: Reach out to us via email or phone to initiate the return process. Kindly provide your invoice number, and the reason for the return, and other relevant details.

  3. Return Package: Carefully package the item in its original condition. Make sure to include all accessories, certificates, and documentation that may have come with the item.

  4. Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe and secure delivery. If an item is valued at $500 or more insuring the package is highly suggested as we will not be responsible for lost packages.

 

Refund and Exchange Options:

 

  1. Refund: Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow seven (7) business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  2. Exchange: If you prefer an exchange for another item of equal or lesser value, please let us know. We will guide you through the exchange process and assist you n selecting an alternative piece that suits your preferences. 

 

Condition of Returned Items:

 

Before any item leaves our premises, it undergoes a meticulous inspection by our skilled goldsmith to ensure it’s in impeccable condition. We take great pride in delivering jewelry that meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

To ensure a full refund the returned item must be in the same condition it was sent, reflection the meticulous care it received from our goldsmith. Any signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing components may result in a deduction from your refund or refusal of the return. In such cases, charges may apply to restore the item to selling condition.
