Metal:  Stamped 9 375 and Hallmarked with the following:  "A&COL co then 9 375 and then a small italicized and a shield."  I am not absolutely sure on the beginning letters...I know definitely it is A & but not sure about the COL co.

Additional Information:  The cylindrical pill dispenser is decorated with a diamond type design.  There is a gold loop soldered to the dispenser, I am guessing for a chain.  To dispense the pills you push down the top plunger.  These would have to be very small pills.
