Dainty 10 karat yellow gold cameo pendant.  Set in a 10 karat yellow gold filigree mounting is one shell cameo measuring approximately 1/2 inch in length.  The entire pendant from the top of the bail to the bottom of the pendant measures approximately 1-1/4 inch.  A beautifully ornate filigree surrounds the cameo.  Circa: 1900's
