10 karat yellow gold amethyst and pearl Art Nouveau necklace.  The necklace is comprised of 12 oval amethyst...10 are bezel set interspersed in the necklace and two are part of the center-piece/drop.  The amethyst in the necklace measure and AVERAGE of approximately 7.50mm in length each,  while the centerpiece amethyst and the drop amethyst measure and AVERAGE of 9.00mm in length.  All of the amethyst are considered to be light to moderate light in hue.  Dropping from 4 of the amethyst in the necklace are long irregular shaped pearls while the drop from the center-piece is accented with a round irregular shaped pearl.  The chain is adjustable in length from 22 inches with an attached chain shortener to make it 20 inches in length.  The necklace and center-piece are 10 karat, one of the spring rings is gold filled and another spring ring is 14 karat.
