14 karat yellow gold antique buckle pin with black enamel.  The black enamel goes around the border of the pin in a "keystone" pattern.  Accenting the black enamel pattern and also going around the border of the pin are seed pearls.  The pin measures approximately 1-1/4 inch in length and 1 inch in width and is hallmarked with a saber and either the number "8" or the letter "B"...can't really tell which one it is.  An early "C" clasp secures the pin.  Showing very, very little wear, the pin is considered to be in excellent condition.  Circa:  Victorian
