Metal:  Tested 14 karat yellow gold...some traces of blue enamel are still present but it is mostly worn off.

Gemstone:  One 5.50mm pearl with a creamy body color and blue and rose overtones.  Four single cut diamonds set in the crescent moon for a total approximate weight of approximately 0.02 carats.

Lock:  The brooch is secured by a locking safety clasp.
