Metal:  10 karat.  The top of the pin is white in color and the bottom looks yellow-ish.  The color of the bar pin looks slightly different in color in different light.  

Gemstone:  The black onyx is rectangle in shape with camphor corners.  The onyx measures approximately 9.50mm x 8.50mm.
