Wonderful 9 karat yellow gold English Victorian pin. The pin is ornately hand engraved and is accented by "ball" tassels.  The center circle with the 3 "ball tassels" is free swinging from the main body of the pin. This pin would look great on a blazer or as a scarf pin.  Circa:  Victorian
