Very "differently shaped" blue topaz and diamond ring.  It is a bypass ring with kind of a twisted shank.  The ring is 18 karat (stamped 750) yellow gold and contains two pear shaped blue topaz measuring an AVERAGE of 7.70mm x 4.50mm and are light to moderate blue in tone.  Channel set and accenting the ring are a total of 14 full cut round brilliant diamonds having an estimated combined total weight of approximately 0.28 carats.  Ring Size:  6-1/2 can be sized  Circa:  1970's
