This gorgeous amethyst pin/watch pin is set with a diamond shaped amethyst measuring approximately 23.00mm across and approximately 18.00mm up and down .  The amethyst is considered to be a rich purple in hue.  Surrounding the amethyst are 28 pearls measuring an AVERAGE of 2.50mm in diameter each.  The pin is secured by a locking safety clasp.  Also, this pin has a "hanger" on the back...originally used to hang a ladies pocket watch from...however now a charm, pendant, tassel or any interesting curiosity would look great!  Please take a good look at the photos as in one of the photos it appears that at one time there was an attachment for a swivel pendant type component.  Circa:  1900's
